  • 7 oz Tagliatelle Pasta
  • 2 medium Zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 Onion, sliced
  • 4 tbsp Pesto
  • 1/4 cup Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta: In a pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook tagliatelle according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Sauté vegetables: In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté garlic and onion for about 2 minutes, then add mushrooms and zucchini. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
