- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 can pre-cooked butter beans (13.4 ounces, drained and rinsed)
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk (13.5 ounces)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Optional: red chili flakes
- Optional: hemp seeds
- In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté finely chopped red onion and minced garlic for about 5 minutes until softened.
