  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 bell peppers (green, yellow, red)
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 810 small flour tortillas
  • Chili powder, paprika, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, cayenne pepper (optional), salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Lightly grease a large sheet pan.
  2. Slice chicken breasts and vegetables into strips; place them on the pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix seasonings and sprinkle over chicken and veggies. Add minced garlic.
  4. Drizzle with oil and toss everything to coat evenly.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F.
