  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 10 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 to 5 ounces salted caramel sauce
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 9-inch pie dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter for about one minute. Allow it to cool slightly before adding the egg, brown sugar, and vanilla extract; whisk until smooth.
  3. Gently mix in the flour and salt until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pie dish and smooth the top.
  4. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips and shredded coconut over the crust. Drizzle with sweetened condensed milk and caramel sauce.
