  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup caramel bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; then combine with the butter mixture.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until just combined. Gently fold in salted caramel sauce, chocolate chips, and caramel bits.
