  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into four pieces and place in a resealable bag with granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice; shake until well-coated.
