  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • 1 stem from a bell pepper (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese until smooth.
  2. Lay out two layers of cling wrap on your counter and sprinkle ⅓ cup of shredded cheddar onto the cling wrap.
  3. Scoop the cheese mixture onto the shredded cheese and cover it with the remaining cheddar.
  4. Wrap tightly in cling wrap to form a round ball shape and use rubber bands to create segments resembling a pumpkin.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  6. Remove rubber bands and top with a decorative bell pepper stem. Enjoy with assorted crackers or veggies!
