  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 2/3 cup sweetener (of choice)
  • 2 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a water bath in a baking pan.
  2. Allow cream cheese to reach room temperature for easier mixing.
  3. In a food processor, blend cream cheese, Greek yogurt, protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a prepared springform pan with your desired crust.
