  • 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained

  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic until cooked through. Drain excess grease.
  3. Lower the heat and stir in cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  4. Mix in the diced tomatoes, refried beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
