  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2.5 oz beef rinds (approx. 1 cup)

Instructions

  2. Cut zucchini into matchsticks.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream.
  4. Process beef rinds into crumbs; mix with Parmesan in a separate bowl.
