  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter (for cream filling)
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (for cream filling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, cream together softened butter and brown sugar. Add peanut butter, egg, and vanilla; mix until combined.
  3. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until incorporated.
  4. Roll dough into balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
