  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: red pepper flakes and fresh parsley or chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Remove outer leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem.
  3. Cut the cauliflower into thick 'steaks' about 1-inch thick.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil and spices until well combined.
