  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and use a silicone spatula to spread it evenly into a thin rectangle.
  4. Bake for 30–35 minutes until the top is set and lightly golden.
  5. Allow the wrap to cool completely on the tray before peeling it off the parchment paper.
