Instructions

  1. Combine warm milk and yeast in a mixing bowl; let sit until foamy.
  2. Mix in sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla. Gradually add flour and salt until combined.
  3. Knead dough until smooth and slightly sticky; incorporate blue food coloring.
  4. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl until doubled in size (1 to 1½ hours).
  5. Prepare filling by mixing softened butter with brown sugar, cinnamon, crushed cookies, and mini chocolate chips.
