  • 1½ cups powdered icing sugar
  • ¾ cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • ½1 teaspoon mint extract (depending on your tastes)
  • green food coloring (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla; mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to the wet mixture.
