  • ¾ cup light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup mashed bananas (about 2 medium)

  • ¾ cup mini chocolate chips

  5. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then fold in half of the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan and sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
