  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 10.5 ounces mini vegan marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 5.7 ounces Butterfinger candy bars (3 pieces of 1.9 oz bars or 9 Fun Size)

Instructions

  1. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Place Butterfinger bars in a plastic bag and crush them using a rolling pin or mallet.
  3. In a large non-stick pot over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.
  4. Add mini vegan marshmallows and stir until fully melted.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in the creamy peanut butter until combined.
  6. Fold in the crushed Butterfinger pieces.
  7. Gradually add Rice Krispies cereal, mixing until well coated.
  8. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  9. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
