  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices cooked turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and whisk the eggs in a bowl. Pour beaten eggs into the skillet and cook until set.
  3. Season the eggs with salt and pepper, then fold them gently.
  4. Slice each croissant in half and place them cut side up on a baking sheet. Bake for about 5 minutes until warm.
  5. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each croissant and Dijon mustard on the top half.
  6. Layer cheese, turkey bacon, and cooked eggs onto the bottom half of each croissant.
