  • 16 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water. Let cool.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, seasoning with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat and let cool.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta, ground beef, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and cheese.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, and additional seasoning until smooth.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
