  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Cooking spray or oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and coat a baking sheet with cooking spray or oil.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine flour, garlic powder, and salt. In another dish, beat the egg. In a third dish, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each zucchini stick in the flour mixture, dip it in the egg, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture until fully covered.
  4. Place coated zucchini fries on the baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
